The Singapore Quality Class Award (SQC) is bestowed on organisations which have attained business excellence, based on the high standards required under the Singapore Quality Award framework (SQA). A lower qualifying score, however, is set for the SQC. The framework consists of Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Process, Customers, and Results.

The People Developer Award is Singapore's national standard for human resource development. Launched in December 1997, the People Developer Standard seeks to enhance the competitiveness of organisations by strengthening their people infrastructure.

Introduced in 2001, the People Excellence Award (PE Award) is the highest accolade given to organisations for people excellence. It is conferred upon the best of the best People Developers in recognition of their attainment as models of excellence for others to emulate. The Award recognises and celebrates organisations whose outstanding people development approach has contributed significantly to business excellence.

Introduced in July 2002, the Singapore Innovation Class (I-Class) Programme provides organisations with a framework for achieving innovation excellence. An assessment instrument called Innovation Scorecard for Organisation Excellence (I-SCORE) has been developed to enable organisations to assess their innovation capabilities on the four Cs - Conditions, Culture, Competencies and Connectivity.
Organisations that achieve a commendable score on the I-SCORE instrument would be able to join the ranks of the Singapore Innovation Class. These organisations belong to a pool of organisations recognised for their commitment to innovation excellence.

Launched on 22 July 2003, the Singapore Service Class (S-Class) Programme provides organisations with a framework for achieving service excellence. An assessment instument called Assessment of Service Excellence (ACE) has been developed to enable organisations to assess their service capabilities on the four dimensions of service excellence - Service Leadership, Service Agility, Customer Experience and Customer Delight.
Organisations that achieve a commendable score on the ACE instrument would be able to join the ranks of the Singapore Service Class. These organisations belong to a pool of organisations recognised for their commitment to service excellence.
