This eService allows defence counsel to apply online for certified true copies of 122(6) statement (or any other authorized documents/ reports).

Please note that CPIB does not provide the First Information Report as the Prevention of Corruption Act requires the protection of informers' identities.

Important Note

If you are making fresh application for 122(6) statement, please find out the number of charges and their DAC/MAC/PS numbers either from your client or from the Investigating Officer. According to the Fees (CPIB) Order, you will be required to pay a $14 search fee for each application and $16 for each 122(6) statement. You may call the CPIB General Enquiry Line at 6490 0490 should you have clarifications.

Upon successful payment of the required fees, we will despatch the document to you by hand.
